THE HOUSE SYSTEM

The school is divided into four houses. House system provides a wide variety of activities to the scholars to develop social awareness, team work and competitive skills. So that they are able to realize their goals according to their potential abilities.

Vikram Ambalal Sarabhai was an Indian physicist and an astronomer who started the space research organization and initiated the nuclear power plant in India. Because of his achievement, he is regarded as the Father of the Indian space program. He was honoured with Padma Bhushan in 1966 and the Padma Vibhushan in 1972.

Homi Jehangir Bhabha, FNI, FASC, FRS, Hon. FRSE (30 October 1909 - 24 January 1966) was an Indian nuclear physicist who is widely credited as the "father of the Indian nuclear programme".

Jagadish Chandra Bose (1858-1937) was an Indian scientist who made significant contributions to many areas of science. He is well known for his work on the wireless transmission of information using microwaves. He also invented a device called a crescograph that could detect very small motions within plant tissues.

A.P.J. Abdul Kalam (born October 15, 1931, Rameswaram, India-died July 27, 2015, Shillong) Indian scientist and politician who played a leading role in the development of India's missile and nuclear weapons programs. He was president of India from 2002 to 2007.

CLUB ACTIVITIES

We, at Atmiya Vidyapeeth lay emphasis on holistic development of every child. Hence in compliance with CBSE, we have many clubs in action and the clubs work under the supervision of different teacher in charge.
