Gujarat Naval Unit - NCC Firing Camp

“CHAMPIONS KEEP PLAYING UNTIL THEY GET IT RIGHT”

6 Gujarat Naval Unit NCC, Gandhidham had organised a Firing Training Session on 21st February 2023 for School NCC Cadets at Bhuj Firing Range. From Atmiya Vidyapeeth, 14 JW and 22 SD i.e. total 36 Cadets participated in this training wherein they were taught about rifle parts, positions of firing and most importantly how to use the rifle. Under the outstanding guidance of Mr. Tejas Prajapati - Faculty of Sports and NCC Master, the cadets of Atmiya not only learned to take aim in an authorized manner but also performed surprisingly well. The whole training session was a concoction of learning and enjoyment which left theyoung souls with an unforgettable experience.

All INDIA GIRLS TREKKING EXPEDITION 2022

04/11/2022 to12/11/2022

“Somewhere between the bottom of the climb and the summit is the answer to the mystery why we climb.”

All India Trekking Expedition was held from 4th November 2022 to 12th November 2022 at Ajmer, Rajasthan. This camp was organized only for girls. One of our students- HIMANSHI JOSHI of grade IX B was the only girl nominated from all over Kutch. She was guided by Mr. Tejas Prajapati- Faculty of sports and NCC Master. The basic objective of this camp was to inculcate a spirit of adventure, exploration, inquisitivenes and practical investigation. This camp comprised of trekking over places like Taragarh, Ana Sagar Lake, 7 Wonder Park, Nareli Temple, Pushkar and Subhash Udhyan. Himanshi Joshi participated in this camp and completed all the uphill tasks positively and successfully. This trekking expedition made her more energetic, confident, disciplined and she even got to learn many new things. HIMANSHI JOSHI made us all proud by being nominated and by participating in this camp.

"Combined Annual Training Camp" was held in Mandvi on 28th November 2022.

Atmiya Vidyapeeth’s 4 student of grade IX & X attended the camp completely and came back with more self-confidence, discipline, patriotism, time management.

The different activities were carried out for cadets to give them a vision of military activities.

They received participation certificate for successfully completing the camp.

Congratulations Khushi Suthar (VIII-B) for gaining recognition at NCC cultural event as on 31/10/2022

Khushi Suthar of grade VIII-B participated in cultural program of SNIC Rashtriya Ekta Divas- 2022 conducted by NGC Gp HQ, Vadodra under the aegis of NCC dte Gujarat, Dadra Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu from 17th October'22 to 1st November'22 for which she received participation certificate.

On 31st October she performed dance in the cultural event held at Statue of Unity.

She and other students of NCC group were recognized and awarded with the certificate the hands of ADG.
It's a proud moment for the whole school.

NCC Cadet's Parents Meeting with NCC Head on 24/09/2022

Atmiya Vidyapeeth conducted a meeting between NCC Cadet's Parents and Captain Makarand D. Apte - Commanding Officer of 6 Naval NCC Unit on 24/09/2022.

The importance of NCC was explained. Students of XI and XII Science were also the part of meeting where they were informed about Defence.

The meeting was quite informative and motivated students to join the NCC team

NCC Participants of Combined Annual Training Camp held from13/09/2022 to 20/09/2022

A combined NCC Annual Training was held in Bhimasar. Atmiya's seven NCC Cadets participated in the same and underwent some difficult activities and sessions.

On successfully completing the training they received certificate at the hands of Captain Makarand D. Apte - Commanding Officer of 6 Naval NCC unit.

Keep Shining bright students

Atmiya Vidyapeeth's bright student Aayushi Mandaliya of IX-B an NCC Cadet was selected from all over Gandhidham for training in Republic Day Camp (RDC) from 1st September 2022 to 8th September 2022.
After successfully completing the tasks and clearing the first level she received a participation certificate which boosted her morale.
